Enough is enough, we have buried and loss enough. The Nuer Community of North America Calls upon UNMISS to arrest Salva Mathok otherwise we will take this matter on to our hands. We we have enough of this Dinkas things and we demand the arrest of the Deputy Minister of interior General Salva Mathok; for Killing of Manyjuoth Mathoat Tap along with two women and 13 Nuer innocents people at the home of Salva Mathok. Just about three weeks ago, news broke out in Juba about 25 years old boy who was killed and dragged in to river just outside General Salva Mathok’s house. Today, April 20, 201, the bodyguard of General Salva Mathok former Deputy Interior Minister informed the whole world that they have killed 15 innocents Nuer. These bodyguard claims that they were told by Salva Mathok to killed Nuer in revenge to any wrong doing by Nuer during struggled in last 20 years with knowledge by President Salva Kirr Mayardit
The Nuer Community of North America and the entire Nuer community worldwide would like to remind the world that we have enough of these Dinkas things enough is enough. We have been appealing to the UNMISS to start the New Year 2013 with the new beginning in South Sudan. To set up a committee that would stop President Salva Kiir's regime and the SPLA killing people in the name of peace. However, the UNMISS has failed the People of South Sudan by standing with President of South Sudan by not to stopping his falsest peace processes with the combatants and oppositions, especially in Nuer areas after the failed attempted to assassinate spiritual Mr Dak Kueth on December 17, 2012. The recent killing of independent writer known as Isaiah Abraham (Ding Wuol) is a sign of desperate by the government to eliminated the oppositions.
On April 23, 2011, according to the Associates Press, the report said, “The three U.N. reports obtained by The Associated Press are the first accounts of mass civilian casualties in the southern village of Kaldak caused by soldiers from Southern Sudan. One report was labeled "Confidential & Sensitive Information," another was "UN RESTRICTED," and the third had no apparent classification. There however, it is clear that the SPLA and the government of South Sudan have hidden agenda. This UN report concluded, “A U.N. security assessment said the motives of the clash were tribal and political. Tanginye's force is predominantly from the Nuer community, while the majority of southerners are Dinka. The Nuer is tribe has had a long-running feud with the Dinka, and most southerners are against the integration of rebel groups, many of which are Nuer, into the military's ranks.” Source: NBC NEWS
On July 23, 2011, according to the BBC the headline was “A key South Sudanese rebel leader, Col Gatluak Gai, who this week signed a peace deal with the government, has been killed. Colonel Gai began his rebellion following elections last year, after the candidate he supported for state governor was controversially declared to be the loser. This week Col Gai signed a peace agreement with the South Sudan army and was due to be reintegrated into it. A fellow rebel told the BBC he had been lured into a trap by the army, which then assassinated him.” Source BBC
On January 1, 2013, the Nuer community of North America acknowledge that the spiritual leader Mr Dak Kueth was lured in to the same false peace accord by SPLA and Kuol Manyang Juuk. The SPLA started the talks with Spiritual leader around November 5, 2012 to December 15, 2012. The SPLA used the same tactics that results the clashes of December 17, 2012. The Nuer Community of North America condemned with the stronger term these unlawful killings of civilians and this pure assassination attempted to Spiritual leader Mr Dak Kueth
In this particular case however, we believe that human being should be protected and should never been killed by their own government. We therefore demand a quick action by the UNMISS to arrest Salva Mathok to stop these senseless killings of civilians. We the Nuer Community have a mean to protect our people from Dinkas who are using the power of UNIMISS and the people of South Sudan to kill our people, due to mistrust between civilians and the regime in Juba. The intervention of the UN would achieve a genuine peace in South Sudan otherwise enough is enough. We must remind the world that the 1991 results was a misdeed by the same Dinkas against Nuer People
