Salva Kiir Mayardit has made right decision-channel to dissolve his cabinet/VP for reason because they were contesting to undermine the sovereign of his position. President has right to impeach Vice-President because VP challenging his administrative performance while he is part on that task too. VP/cabinets are also part of current –regime to work with him in one- political party authority, and there is no way they might take action to criticize him. How come you might be contester against your leader while you are under him to support that administrative? My view on this consent, I just condemn all supporters who manipulate or encouraged decision of VP and cabinets to use wrong decision. In fact if you think personally on your view as natural leader, this consent will bring dehumanizing in our country soon in the future if we don’t take care on it. We citizens of south Sudan and we need more negotiation to each other in order to convince the violation of Dr. Machar and Amum Okiech because they are running their mouth on media to challenge the administrative of SPLA- Party in this current regime. Mr. Riek Machar and Pagan Amum, and you are part of this current regime that bring up the destruction too, and don’t blame your counterpart. How come these two guys become aggressive against President because they are sacked from their employment? The Transitional Constitution of south Sudan must govern everyone and we need to respect them because all cabinets and citizens were agreeing on them to be established and run-system for sovereign of the country. President has right to sack everyone from his/her employment because he is a head of political authority, and also transitional constitutions of the country are defense his side too. In fact, the transitional constitutions are the mainstream of political basic to calm everyone on this matter. The transitional constitution of south Sudan advocated the decision of Mr. President without blaming other.
I have short-question to you all members supporter to VP/Cabinets, and what was reason that had been made by cabinet/VP to contesting against President while they are also subordinators under him in one political authority? Does cabinets/VP have been planned military coup in order to topple this current regime? If not, let them take decision and use compromise to President for their mistaken. I am patriotism my country in order to promote peace-development change for upcoming generations. I am condemn this statement which was made by VP and his manipulators. South Sudan is belonging to this generations and next generations to promote peace-development of the country. The only major consent that we need to do so in the future, we must avoid ethnicity, nepotism in order to end up our internal conflict. And this is only solution that will change to safe our living in the country.
I am challenging the decision that has been made by VP/cabinets to criticize the administrative current regime because they are part of it. This confrontation will bring a lot of mess in our country soon like nothing. We also all known that President he is a head of the party as political authority, and how come the people who work with him in same party might bring the mess to dividend the vision of party. I believe this was wrong decision-proposal for the people who were propose this statement because this proposal will bring mess to dehumanization and disaster the people young nation of southerners. This decision will bring a lot of mess until upcoming election on 2015 and I hope so it will be. I don’t think this mess could bring chance and calm situation to the majority of southerners because most of people inside the country are standing side now tribal-line. We need to work together on unity to bring change in the country, or if not, without exercising a unity on this moment to support it, then south Sudan will be like Somalia soon to be nothing without value if we don’t take care on that issue. I would advise you VP and Cabinets you are already done to dissolve now, just choose your own party and don’t delay to form new party because you have a lot of opportunities now to form new one party to run for it in upcoming election. We need your help in next future to dedicate the generations how to work and ask more history background for our country. You need to build your legacy in the future as a good leader and southerners will be going to appreciate your last performance in system of the government.
All 75 % ministers who were corrupted last 8 years under this regime had been brought destruction now on their decision to fall down vision of young nation in the future. In fact last time, they were failed their performance to establish development of the country in city project. In fact, Salva Kiir Mayardit has a lot of forgiveness but people don’t know him he is a good leader. But incoming next day, people will realize on him, he is a good leader that has been bringing the unity to all southerners for success. Now I am still in exile in North America, but I can tell the mass of young nation in order to support peace-development to bring southerners in peaceful in order to avoid ethnicity, tribes, clans, nepotism and to stop corruption immediately. In fact, whoever does not satisfy for activities of leadership (the head political party) need to change his channel to create another structure move to establish his or her own party to campaign for next upcoming election? The SPLA –party convention will be held very soon as long as when Mr. President will clean paralysis elite after he will use decision to put them into hidden place. Whoever opposes the decision against head of political authority will be prosecuted because of his or her misbehave to spoil direction of party.
In frankly speaking, all 75% ministers were agreeing to sign the transitional constitution of young nation in last 8 years, and they were all confirm that, whoever will misconduct the direction of constitution will be prosecuted and will be condemn and his/her name will be in black- list because for his/her own violation the transitional constitution of the country. We need to respect the head of political authority because we all agree to give him power in order to run the system of the government in South Sudan. Don’t be disrespectful on your leader while you respect the transitional constitution of the country. If you disrespect transitional constitution of country, then you have right to disrespect the head of political authority. If not, and don’t show your disrespect to your leader. Just wait your turn for tomorrow and don’t bring mess around political bureau in states and communities too. The dehumanization of people in the country is not solution that can bring change for development. Stop influence to anyone to use violation against another ethnicity, tribes, clans, sub-sub clan and so on. For example, in 1991 southerners were defected into two sides, and then the result was about killing each other. What did we benefit there for killing to each other’s? Both side factions were lost the vision of the country and they did not bring anything at all for change. We need to calm anyone who support violent and we need to bring him into right direction.
Dr. Riek Machar and Pagan Amum or whoever has been taken decision to run for 2015 is right decision proposal. Please Machar and Amum! Just take right decision to register new political party for upcoming election. You need to take right loop decision to register new political party as your own organization. If not, just do another strategy to propose another political key which will advocacy your right-decision to support your candidates Presidential in next contest. Dr. Riek and Salva Kiir have same right in the country to use tactic sought strategies in the political party for upcoming election but not in one authority. We had been already known that Salva Kiir is the main person that leading the SPLA party regime. He has right to consult political bureaucratic counterpart who does not shown the direct performance under his administrative structure.
In fact, Dr. Riek Machar has right to announce himself to run for Presidential candidate in the same the political party of SPLA, but he need to take another strategy which is withdrawal first, before to run against his mate. Dr. Machar has right to choose Independent Candidate to run for the position of Presidential candidate. Therefore, independent candidate has many legal frameworks which allow persons to take register and contest the election, and even if he/she is not nominated by a political party. In fact, what I know so far, the role of independent candidate is more important in country to gain Majority/Plurality electoral systems to win election to become President of the country. Independent candidate cannot contest an election; there might still be person in the legislature who is no longer affiliate with political party. In experience that I know all over the world, politics could vary during the time of election because most of African countries are using violent all the time, this is what I have been experiencing in my understanding. In truly speaking, countries have different rules as to what happen to a parliamentary seat if the person who holds it leaves or is expelled from his or her political party, but some countries, the representative can keep the seat or in other way, the seat is filled by the political party, remains vacant, or is filled through a by-election.
We know laws are main important that can rule everyone in the country to follow the regulations of election to fulfill the process of principal criteria. For example, the Transitional Constitution of 2011 will convince everyone by upcoming election to who will decide to run for Presidency seat. In fact, the freedom of speech and assembly, freedom organization, and the right to vote and stand for election are good way in process to use tactic to run for the Presidency candidate seat. To whom decide will run for upcoming election on 2015, need to be prepare by this time before the SPLA-Party Convention will held and introduce to anyone.
South Sudan will need to propose and play genuine democratic parliamentary election on upcoming 2015 game. Let south Sudan citizens stand together, and negotiate peace agreement to each other for the person who will be nominated in the SPLA party, and will be the mainstream person that we could all stick on him. Let’s all parties negotiated peaceful agreement to play upcoming election on 2015 without violence, and this will be main root exit that will show us the first democracy parliamentary fair election. The country itself has to say word that can indicate democratic fair election when its elections constitute a real competition among a multitude of political parties and/or independent candidates. Citizens of south Sudan can have right to play freedom speech to who they decide to vote on him. It is accordingly the number of voters who appoint the person to be President of south Sudan, not military power. For example, I am citizen of south Sudan that had been facing a lot of challenging since 19953-2011 without freedom speech to run for the seat of Presidency candidate. This time is good opportunity for me I can decide to run or I can wait another term of election upcoming 2020. Do you see my statement now what I mean! It is the way that to show you to understand my point what I mean about this example. It is way of advice for the people who decide to run on upcoming election.
Furthermore, votes of south Sudan need to have a free choice among various policy option and candidates to determine who their representatives will be, but I know only few countries are playing such a game to practice direct democracy in all decisions, and it is therefore crucial for all other democracies to find way to organize an effective and democratic system of representation. South Sudan political parties and candidates need actors specialized in the task of performing representative function. In fact, south Sudan requires the basis of such a system, for fair democratic election because we had had never run for Presidency candidate seat by time we had had together with unity of Sudan. We had been faced slavery torturing from government rule of Sudan before seriously without freedom speech. Now it is time for us to work independently together without violently to abuse human right. In fact, our rights were denied before when we lived together with union of Sudan. Of course, let citizens of south Sudan engage in and understanding political issues to a large extent depend on the ability of political parties to activate and educate, formulate policy options, and channel public opinion. Let them be free to form and function to fulfill the role of democratic parliamentary election fairness.
What I need to convince you about challenging history back then the day, south Sudanese national identity had no room in the politics all over the world because we had been denied by certain groups. People had denied our skinny race, national identity, and saying we are not fit to be independent country. My fellow advice to all of you southerners, just avoid nepotism, tribalism, and corruption because of seized power, tribal war lineage, aristocracy and tyranny rule of single family, proudly to become rule country because of majority ethnicity, hatred and ignorance of minority ethnicity, and finally hatred of educated men and women. I am lost boy that has been fleeing away since the war had been begun. I am still remain in exile since I left south Sudan facing challenging national identity racism because I am not living in my new nation country. I am still in pain-situation because a lot of things have been challenging me around for my living in life.
I have political philosophy analysis that I don’t share with anyone else. If I will become President to replace post of Political authority seat for tomorrow, and then I can create and to bring genuine democratic constitution that may favour anyone else in the south in order to gain freedom speech, fairness equality of tribal men in order to give them the same quality jobs that could bring their tension to me as good leader. I can propose political equality fairness to everyone on table to bring their tension and love each other as one nation. I can rise up the economic and developmental power that could bring change in welfare to make everyone to become wealth. I can build political international policy that may connect the country with neighboring countries in order to improve the developmental power for success in the future of generations. Mentally, I have dream one day I will work in central government to help and give southerners ideas of procedures criteria to promote the peace process negotiation development from one country to another. I believe one day I will represent my fellow southerners to promote their wealth. I guess one day, I will end up their poverty and to promote their richness. I will surprise the people one day with my administration to promote development country more than African neighboring countries development. I will settlement my treaties peace- ceasefire to end up tribal war and bring their tension together as one nation. I will build and bring a lot of opportunities, such as lower and higher institutions, businesses, hospitals, railroads, bridges, highways, ships, boats, vehicles, military power wealth and polices, irrigation agriculture artificial, and farmers lands, and so on. These all things will make everyone busy to avoid violence to see things that they can work individual in person to support their life one by one in the future.
We had been experienced last civil war about situation, south Sudan was poorest countries nation in all over the world. For more than 55 years, south and north Sudan were unified as a country, but divided internally and both separated recently 2011. Their separation occurred last two years, and followed decades of civil war, which describes broadly as a conflict between Muslim north Sudan and Christian of South Sudan. After Sudan gained independence from Anglo-Egyptian rule in 1956, successive governments in Khartoum perpetuated development disparities between the north and south that were part of legacy of colonial administration. In 1956, North Sudan Government regime led Islamic ideal to dominated political history and resources to build capital city which is Khartoum. The governments propose the policies that could benefit north Sudan to build high technology development more than South. When Sudan was unified, it composed of more than 400 ethnic groups. The Arab identity in Sudan had taken cultural, racial, language, and religious beliefs, which might control political elites to rule the country. In fact, Sudanese politics had been dominating by the members of the North-Sudan.
What I have been understood about national identity of south Sudan are true black African having color that should differ to other people all over the world. They are tall, skinny, and dark skins in color. South Sudanese live in three locations in Sudan, and are located only three states. British and Egypt colonies administered the Sudan from 1899 until the day of independence come 1956. British made decision to locate south Sudanese to three provinces only, which is Upper Nile, Equatorial, and Bahr al Ghazal as separation region and barred northern Sudanese from entering or working in the south. During the time of colony of British had policy by claiming that the south Sudan has not ready to rule each other because most of the people are illiterate lack of educational background. South Sudanese national identities are Nilotic people in origin coming from West Africa.
In fact as result before 1956, south Sudan remained isolated backward under British rule. Back in the day in Sudan the culture was 52% from black African, 39% from Arab, and 9% are from other. In religion beliefs, 60-70% were Muslim, and most them were living in north region and 25% was from traditional African especially animism or tribal religions, and lastly, 5-15% were Christians and most of them are living from south. There are more than 4000 languages and dialect that has been using as national language. Actually, the common national language is Arabic, but most of people from southerners don’t use Arabic as first language. They used their ethnicity dialect as common national language. In Sudan, there were more ethnicities groups over 500 lived to different location from south and north.
Conclusion
We need to work together to avoid hatred between tribes, ethnicity, clan and so on. South Sudan is belong to anyone not belong to Salva Kiir and Riek Machar Teny. We need to exercising the activities peace development we citizens of south Sudan. I hope, we will live better till upcoming election and nothing will bring destruction in our country. We have voice that can bring change in the country. We love our environment because we are all come from one lineage family group we southerners. We are Nilotic and non-Nilotic sharing one heritage - culture in our country. I hope, we are all belonging family coming from one gene lineage.
